This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how ("QualityValidatedDevelopment", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the Swish Eye mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services"). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. We are committed to providing you with transparency into our privacy practices and control over your data in connection with our ("Services")

Collection of Personal Information

For our ("Mobile Application" or "Services) to work as expected, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to Video and Audio data (events in your event book), IP addresses, device information (model name, MAC address, OS type/version), Device statistics (battery level, connectivity status), Payment related information (subscription plans, renewal, type of products, cancellation information), Personal device settings, Linkage between accounts, Feature usage statistics, Account information (email address, country, display name, language, Timestamps of when events took place). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app uses third party services that may collect information that could be used to identify you.

Our ("Mobile Application" and "Services") are designed to provide you with the ability to monitor your camera device with the ability to see, speak and hear. For our products and services to function properly, we may obtain content and other related information that is captured and recorded when you use our services or products. The app has a certain feature called "Motion Detection" that requires image data from the surrounding environment to function.

Motion events that you upload to the Cloud Storage are encrypted in line with industry standards. Events are stored for a maximum of 7 days in the free version and 14 in the premium version until completely deleted!

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our services or products, in case of an error in the ("Mobile Application" or "Services"), we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Information Security

We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment with industry-standard encryption mechanisms, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We store only the minimum required amount of data on our servers. We will always ask for your consent, in case we need to process your personal information. Your data is protected by your user account. We recommend you do limit access to your devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Personal Information in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity, and privacy of all information and data exchanged between you and our Mobile Application cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third-party, despite best efforts.

Collection of non-personal information

When you open the Mobile Application our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address and location, device name, and version, operating system type, and version, cookies, web server logs, language preferences, the information you search for in our Mobile Application, access times, and dates, and other statistics.

Use and processing of collected information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience; improve our Mobile Application; improve customer service and respond to queries and emails of our customers; process transactions; run and operate our Mobile Application and Services. Non-Personal Information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Mobile Application traffic and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.

We may process Personal Information related to you if one of the following applies: (i) You have given your consent for one or more specific purposes. Note that under some legislations we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. This, however, does not apply, whenever the processing of Personal Information is subject to European data protection law; (ii) Provision of information is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof; (ii) Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which you are subject; (iv) Processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority vested in us; (v) Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party. We will never share your personal information for any commercial or marketing purposes. We will never sell, show or rent our user list or related information that can be associated with you. We may share your Personal Information but only in these limited cases:

Choices you have on your Personal Data

We retain your personal information on our servers as long as you remain as a user to ensure that our services and products work as expected for you. You have the right to request your data. If you want to remove all data that is associated with your account, from our servers, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will remove your account completely.

Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transferring and storing your information in a country other than your own. You are entitled to learn about the legal basis of information transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by us to safeguard your information. The rights of users

You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.

Billing and payments

We use third-party payment processors to assist us in processing your payment information securely. Such third-party processors' use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Privacy Policy. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies.

Product and service providers

We may contract with other companies to provide certain products and services. These service providers are not authorized to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through our Mobile Application or Service, please contact us. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your data in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Remarketing

We also may permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to users and to collect and use other data about user activities in the Mobile Application. These companies may deliver ads that might place cookies and otherwise track user behavior.

Advertisement

We may display online advertisements and we may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our customers that we collect through the registration process or online surveys and promotions with certain advertisers. We do not share personally identifiable information about individual customers with advertisers. In some instances, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements to the intended audience.

Links to other mobile applications

Our Mobile Application contains links to other mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other mobile applications or third-parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Mobile Application and to read the privacy statements of each mobile application that may collect Personal Information.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy in the Mobile Application. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
